WHAT'S NEW IN THIS RELEASE?
- Enhanced htmlVideoLoader()
NEW parameter added called disableCaching.
If set to true, this will force the video to stream fresh from the server regardless of whether the video has been cached by the browser. (Some browsers/devices may ignore attempts to disable caching, though the method used seems to work in all tested environments.)
If set to false (the default), the video will stream only if it has not been previously cached.
NOTE: Cached streaming media is always discarded by the browser when the window is closed. - Enhanced PowerPac XML Engine
Improved handling of multiple spaces and line breaks in XML code blocks. The XML engine provides more forgiving and predictable results in these situations. - Enhanced PowerPac Export Engine
During export, the PowerPac will enable UTF-8 character support for multi-language exports. ToolBook content previously did not support UTF-8 character sets unless the client system code page was changed for a specific language (e.g.: Chinese). This is no longer necessary.
NOTE: True multi-language support in ToolBook exports requires the use of the PowerPac XML Engine to maintain predictability of character display. Partial or entire pages can be set up to use the XML configurations. Please contact Technical Support for assistance. - Bug fix to setWebFonts()
Fixed a non-critical issue where font classes could potentially be set multiple times on the same object. - Miscellaneous updates:

Updated PowerPac engine compiler to v3.3.13.19
