Only minor changes with this release. Upgrading is completely optional, but always recommended.

1. Fixed several bugs related to legacy ToolBook content (v8.9/9.01) where video players would not process click and mouse events properly. The adjustments made here will benefit content all the way through v11.5, though the benefit will be less noticeable.
2. Recompiled v11 docs; no changes to content was made as the update was simply to verify the fix applied in item 1.
3. Added ability to check if Flash is available.
   This provides a more graceful way for Flash-related functions to fail if the player cannot be loaded.
4. Small change to Sound Manager 2 code to ensure validation of user agent string when checking for IE 11.
