Version changes:

• XML Parser
  Improved compatibility for backward support of IE8 tables.
• Bug fix to pgGotoURL()
  A previous release added an onload event for iframes loaded in ToolBook fields. The event code caused anomalies when trying to hide the parent ToolBook field that caused the iframe to unexpectedly remain visible. The onload event has been modified to flexibly retain the visibility of the parent element.
• Bug fix related to IE8 quirks mode (normal non-HTML 5 exports).
  Added patch for IE8 failure to support font-size inheritance for tables.
• Updated powerpac_ver.txt which is the technical support file included with every PowerPac-enabled export.
