Version changes:

• NEW FUNCTION pgAnimateCSS().
  Enables over 90 CSS stylesheet animations for ToolBook objects. Supports only HTML 5 browsers. Check Enable IE HTML 5 Display in the PowerPac menu to support IE9+.
• Bug fix for mergeTBObjects() where some objects that should be merged together were ignored due to a script recursion issue.
• Miscellaneous bug fixes to setCalendar(). These are related to modern browser changes and HTML 5 environments.
• Bug fixes to streamline consistency across the range of supported HTML 5 browsers.
• Fixed a help.sbk issue that caused the help system to fail to open on ToolBook v9.01 and v10.0.
• Improved support for buildComboBoxOptionsList() when using it in combination with the XML parser for page configuration with XML files.
• Enhancements to pgButtonHTML() to store HTML captions in the global memory pool for more persistent restoration during page navigation.
• Miscellaneous code optimizations.
