Maintenance release for v11.82.711 which includes the following:

1. PowerPac engine exe compression changed to upx.
2. Enhancement to subModal() to reduce flashing of previous content when function is called using different urls.
3. Bug fixes for subModal() related to failure to send user events under certain circumstances when calling this function multiple times with different urls and if user closes window using X in title bar.
4. Bug fix for PowerPac export engine throwing an error when updating the SCORM manifest.
5. Bug fix for pgStyleObject() to allow setting custom cursor images.
6. Enhancement for pgGotoURL() to prevent background flashing under certain circumstances while loading remote content in field objects.
7. Bug fix for auto updater when connecting to update server from certain proxy servers. If you are experiencing this problem you must manually download the installer from the link below. Future updates should auto-update as expected.
8. Fix to createTreeMenu() that further improves its use inside topic accordions.
9. Enhanced createTopicAccordion() to handle complex HTML inside field topics.
10. Bug fix for exeJavascriptDirect() to fix a string parsing problem in some situations.
