v11.82.611 beta released

UPGRADE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Significant enhancements and fixes to createDraggableObject() were added in this version:
  • User event is no longer sent twice when user stops dragging an object. This seemed to be more of a bug fix and a nuisance than anything.
  • Added a 5th item to the user event string for the name of the object that was dragged. (See popup parameter help.)
  • Added a 6th item to the user event string for the amount of time in milliseconds that the drag occurred.
  • Added "pointer" or "hand" for cursor options.
  • No user event is sent unless a drag lasts for at least 200ms and/or some change occurs to the object's position as a result of the drag.
Significantly improved onFirstIdle() detection and the processing of associated functions and events in the first idle cache or queue.

Logic change in pgSoundLoader():
  • Function is now set to prefer HTML 5 audio instead of the Flash player. If mp3 audio cannot be played, the Sound Manager will still defer to loading the Flash player (e.g.: for IE8).
Enhanced htmlVideoLoader() and pgLoadFlashStream():
  • Added ability to continuously monitor playback and at the same time optionally specify time markers for specific play head positions.
Additional fixes in this version:
  1. Fixed a problem where text could no longer be selected. This bug appeared as a result of a previous update.
  2. Fixed a bug that caused inputs and textareas to be incorrectly sized in IE 10/11 when HTML 5 export was checked.
  3. pgSoundLoader(): fixed a little bug that caused playback controls to load the default silver/gray style when continuous playback between pages was being used—even though some other theme or control style was specified.
  4. Fixed a bug in htmlVideoLoader() that prevented proper restoration of last set volume when the video ends and is refreshed in the ToolBook container field.
  5. Fixed a problem with htmlVideoControl() where setting volume to 0 would not be recognized as a valid volume setting. Related code improvements were made to setting and toggling mute state using this function.
  6. Fixed a bug in htmlVideoControl() where attempting to remotely set volume on media that had not begun to stream would sometimes cause the entire page to disappear in IE 11. This probably only occurs on older (pre-ToolBook 10 content exports).
  7. Fixed a rare resizing bug with setBrowserWindowStyles().
  8. Several backward compatibility adjustments for ToolBook v9.01 users attempting to achieve HTML 5 compatibility.
