SBK for Improved Export Browser Support

To everyone:

All versions of ToolBook have trouble properly detecting installed browsers on your system.
The issues are in the default tb[version]web.sbk files.

Sometime ago I patched my own sbk files with additional code to get around some of the anomalies.
I am making them available to anyone who would like to update their copies. I would strongly recommend it!

The attached zip file contains all ToolBook versions of the web.sbk. Just unzip and update the ones in your ToolBook installation folders.
Just in case you have problems—which you probably won't—please rename your old one(s) like this "tb115web.sbk" to "tb115web_bak.sbk"
