Problem activation Toolbook 10

I have a problem which I hope you can help me with. I purchased Toolbook 10 on (data). I have recently updated my Windows operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on both my computers. Unfortunately I did not realize that this would affect my Toolbook installation. I am now unable to use Toolbook at all as it is no longer activated. I cannot reactivate the software and cannot connect to your Toolbook site either. Could you help me please?

It seems that the activation site has been deleted. How do I reactivate my TB 10?

I'm not sure what to tell you. When I try and access http://tb.sumtotalsystems.com the site appears to be unresponsive. It may be a temporary outage and hopefully the situation will be resolved soon.

Try and contact Denny Dedmore at this address for more information or to have your license key(s) reset:
[email protected]

Once the site is responsive again, Denny can make sure your license keys are reset so you can restore your ToolBook activation. It may be that you may have to uninstall/reinstall ToolBook, but I would view that as a last resort.
