Maximum Key Registrations Exceed - Help

Can't log in the Almena program installed on my computer, I keep on getting an error message that I have exceeded the maximum number of key registrations when every time I log in the program requires me to log in with my key.

This problem is due to the registration process being blocked by security software on your computer.
