Lost my user or password or reached max of 3 profiles

The Almena Method download edition allows you to create up to 3 user profiles.

In order to retrieve a lost password or to delete user profiles from your Almena installation, you must enter the admin section of the software and you must be connected to the Internet:

1. Run The Almena Method and DO NOT attempt to login. Instead, click on the User Admin button in the menu at the right side of the window or page.

2. Enter the email and license key that you used when you first registered your Almena product. Then click the Verify button.

3. In the User Administration table that appears, take note of your lost user name and password and close the window. Use that information when logging into the main application. OR, click on a profile in the table and click on the Delete button to remove that user profile. If you remove all user profiles, then you can use any name and password to create one in the main login screen to enter the application.

4. When you are finished editing the User Administration table, click the Close button to close the User Administration window.
