Almena download begins; then stops; never resumes/finishes

Why does this happen?

• The Almena Method software is a large download between 75-85 Mb. Downloading requires a stable Internet connection.
• You may be attempting to OPEN the download from its Internet location. This often fails to work with very large downloads.
• Your Internet connection has been reset by your ISP. This can happen with unstable connections OR if your connection speed is very slow (like during high traffic periods of the day).
• Your browser encountered an error in the download stream and suspended the download.
• The Almena Method download server has gone offline or has become inaccessible.

Solutions:

• Try downloading again. Make sure to choose to SAVE the download to your desktop rather than attempting to OPEN the download from the Internet.
• Try a different download link. The email you received when you made your purchase contains an alternate download link which accesses the download from a different server. You should try that link if the first one repeatedly fails.
• If you are using Internet Explorer to download the file, try installing either Firefox or Chrome as these browsers have download managers which may give better results.
• For slow Internet connections or satellite connections, you may have try downloading during a less busy time of the day (e.g.: nighttime).
