Why does this happen?
The Almena Software requires that the Adobe Flash player be installed on your computer.
In other cases, the Flash player installation may have become corrupted and thus needs to be reinstalled.

Solution
In most cases, reinstalling the Flash player will fix video playback issues.
Please visit this web location to reinstall your Flash player:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

The problem still persists after following the above solutions.
It may be that the security settings of the Flash player are not permitting the playback of locally stored videos. The security settings of the player should be changed by visiting this link:
https://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
AND then make sure your setting matches the screenshot shown below:
