Unable to access the program

Two possibilities exist for this problem:

1. You are attempting to run the program on a Mac using the Safari browser.
2. You are using an incorrect account link.

SOLUTIONS:

1. Please see the forum article below if you are using the Safari browser on a Mac or other iOS device:

2. If you attempted to save your account link to a favorite, the account information often gets stripped from the link. This causes the program to fail to open since the account cannot be verified.
   
   • Your account link was sent to you in the email you received when you made your original purchase. The link may look something like this one:
     http://www.pgsoftwaretools.com/almena/bs/0/index.html?id=BS69032735&name=Clifton&code=BS
     You should be able to open the above link and reach the login page of the program.
