Almena videos stop playing or fail to play at all

- There are known problems between some versions of the Safari browser and the Adobe Flash player. Certain versions of the Mac OSx also make these issues more readily apparent.
- You can try reinstalling the Adobe Flash player using this link https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- If that does not work, then we recommend using a more Flash-friendly browser on the Mac. We recommend installing Firefox and using this browser when running the Almena Method. This is a much easier approach than trying to troubleshoot and fix Flash-related problems.
