WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
  • This usually happens if you have saved your access link to the browser favorites and are attempting to access your account from that location. Essentially, saving your access link this way causes the link to become truncated and necessary information to access your account is missing. When you start The Almena Method, the server cannot find your account information so displays the "expired" message.
HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?
  • Make sure to access The Almena Method using the link provided in the email that was sent when you made your purchase. If you have lost the email and need assistance, please contact us at [email protected]
CAN I SAVE THE ALMENA METHOD LINK AS A FAVORITE?
  • YES! However, you will have to edit the link saved by the browser by overwriting it using the one in the email that was sent to you when you made your purchase.
  • Each browser has its own method for editing saved links and we are not able to provide every method in this forum.
