Navigation refuses to work

Postby Robert Stevenson » Mon Nov 17, 2014 8:51 pm

I've been 4 days updating an older (11 page) book and have received much help here getting the PowerPac sound and video loader to take care of updating media. At some point however, in the exported package navigation shut down. I have been making multiple versions of the book replacing the navigation catalog object with every imaginable other "next" button but on export I can never get past the first page in which both a video and sound file play. Gremlins or is there something in the video or sound settings that might interfere with page navigation?

Check this:
  • If you are using a catalog navigation panel, make sure that the navigation panel is located on the background of the page AND that all the pages that must be controlled by it all share the same background.
  • Make sure your pages are not flagged skipNavigation = true. You can check whether this is set in the page properties dialog.
